Free Assessments

Free Evaluations / Assessments
 We offer Free mobility and Home Environment Evaluations.

An ATS Certified Professional will evaluate your claimant for mobility equipment, and provide a detailed assessment of their home environment.

We will forward a full report to you with pictures/diagrams and recommendations. Pictures of all completed projects will be sent to you for your records.
